Finance Director (Benelux)

Eton Bridge Partners is supporting an international organisation, specialising in the dental medical equipment space, to hire a Finance Director in the Benelux Region.

This is a crucial role driving the finance strategy, leading accurate and timely production of budgets, forecasts and consolidated group accounts, statutory accounts, treasury management, tax and other financial accounting compliance requirements for the company

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams and ensure routine and ad-hoc tasks are appropriately delegated, monitored and managed.
• Responsible for preparation and accuracy of the monthly consolidated accounts
• Management of the company's treasury including all control processes, policies, banking and relationships, cashflow forecasting and monitoring of working capital
• Support any M&A activity including diligence, legal and contract review including post completion integration and review and agreement of completion accounts

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified accountant
• A proven senior finance leader
• Exposure to M&A / buy-and-build business environments beneficial but not essential;
• Strong knowledge of domestic and International tax requirements for sales and purchases
• Sound understanding of Tax, Legal, Accounting, and Compliance principles
• Fluent in English
